Yacht Refit & Repair in Italy

Yacht Refit & Repair in Italy

Yacht repair, maintenance and refit in Italy, carried out by the Master Ocean team at your yacht’s location or a suitable shipyard, with a defined scope, budget and schedule.

Master Ocean carries out yacht repair, maintenance and refit in Italy for private owners, captains and yacht managers. Our team handles targeted repairs, seasonal maintenance and comprehensive refit work, adapting each project to the yacht’s condition, operational needs and available budget.

Our services include engine and generator maintenance, electrical repairs, hydraulic systems, stabilisers, thrusters, plumbing, air conditioning and marine electronics. Hull and exterior work includes antifouling, fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, painting, polishing, teak deck repair, restoration and replacement, and deck leak repairs. Interior work includes joinery, upholstery, restoration of finishes and selected equipment upgrades.

Each project begins with a review of the required work and available technical information. Where necessary, we inspect the yacht to assess its condition, define the scope and prepare a quotation. Our team plans and carries out the agreed work, manages materials and spare parts, and provides progress updates. Any additional work and associated costs are submitted for approval before proceeding.

Our mobile team can work at your yacht’s berth or at your chosen shipyard, with access and working arrangements agreed in advance. We undertake projects in Sanremo, Genoa, La Spezia and other Italian locations by arrangement. Where lifting, workshop facilities or specialist equipment are required, we agree the necessary arrangements with the shipyard.

To request an assessment, send your yacht’s make, model, length, current location, a description of the required work and relevant photographs. Include your preferred completion date so we can review the scope and propose the next steps.
