With a background that combines world-class training and natural talent, she creates meals that are not only delicious but also filled with warmth and joy. Nini studied at the Superyacht Culinary Academy in Cape Town, completed sous-vide certification, and attended advanced pastry workshops in Quebec and Montreal. These experiences honed her technical skills and expanded her repertoire, allowing her to craft menus that are creative, balanced, and customized to guests’ preferences. From delicate pastries to vibrant seafood feasts, every dish is a reflection of her artistry and passion. Job Description As the chef, Annik is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable, and that all dietary requirements are met. Sail and Work Experience Danny brings over 35 years of sailing expertise shaped by a diverse and adventurous maritime career. He began as a sailing instructor in the Dominican Republic in 1988 and continued teaching in the Bahamas before establishing himself in Gaspésie, Canada, where he played a key role in promoting regional sailing initiatives. A founding member of ÉcoVoile Coopérative de Solidarité, he gained early hands-on multihull experience and has since specialized in catamarans for over two decades. Danny has sailed extensively across the Caribbean, the North American East Coast, and Western Europe, with notable offshore experience including three Atlantic crossings. When not aboard LADY ROSÉ, Danny works as an assistant engineer on Canadian Coast Guard icebreakers. presence onboard.
